I am very excited about this practice finally opening! Dr.Stefan has helped me so much over the years to overcome the various challenges I needed to deal with related to the aging process and my spine. Thanks to him, at 63, I am able to still preform my resistance training work outs without having to reduce the number or intensity of my training.
